promotableIn his spare time, Dr. David Arrington enjoys watching movies, TV shows and, listening to great music. When he’s not watching a great (or terrible) movie, noddin’ his head to old school rap, or spending time with his family, he coaches and practices transformational leadership. David holds a doctorate in strategic leadership, which he puts to good use in his coaching practice.

With over 15 years of leadership and executive coaching experience, he is a force multiplier for executives who want to hit their stretch goals fast. He partners with C-level executives and their leadership teams increasing accountability, clarity, and focus.

David pastored for 12 years. That experience allows him to help leaders find constructive ways to lead their teams. He’s the principal of Arrington Coaching, a much sought-after coach, speaker, and leadership trainer.
