AGL 226: Transformational Leadership with Nicole Jansen

About Nicole

Nicole grew up in an entrepreneurial household and by her mid-twenties had helped build an 8-figure family business that spanned nearly a dozen countries. Having also launched her own successful venture at sixteen years old, Nicole quickly attracted attention from business leaders eager to know her secret to maximizing productivity and human potential. After experiencing more than her fair share of unethical and unjust business practices over her 30-year career, Nicole decided that while teaching others how to build effective business systems and play to their strengths is valuable and rewarding, the most important factor that determines success is leadership. Now Nicole mainly focuses on helping leaders at the highest levels shift their perspective and solve complex issues, with the aim of creating a more just and prosperous world for everyone.

A2 HostingI’ve been using A2 Hosting for several years.  They offer state of the art SSD hosting for all of their plans.  Their sites are super fast and easy to setup.  I rarely need support, but when I was migrating my sites to a larger plan I used their support services and they were phenomenal.  I highly recommend A2 hosting for all of your hosting needs.  And I also recommend everyone to have a personal website. If you’re in technology and looking for a job and don’t have your own website, I probably wouldn’t hire you.  Just sayin’.

AGL 222: Leadership Spark with Angie Morgan

About Angie Angie learned how to lead during her time as a United States Marine. When she transitioned to the private sector, what surprised her was how the term “leadership” was being used. Whereas in the Marines, leadership was a verb – everyone aspired to lead. In her new world, “leadership” was a noun and only an expectation for managers. This inspired her to write her first book on leadership – “Leading from the Front” – as well as start her own business, Lead Star.
