When he’s not watching a great (or terrible) movie, noddin’ his head to old school rap, or spending time with his family, he coaches and practices transformational leadership. David holds a doctorate in strategic leadership, which he puts to good use in his coaching practice.

With over 15 years of leadership and executive coaching experience, he is a force multiplier for executives who want to hit their stretch goals fast. He partners with C-level executives and their leadership teams increasing accountability, clarity, and focus.

David pastored for 12 years. That experience allows him to help leaders find constructive ways to lead their teams.
